oil looks milky like?

when checking the oil, the oil seems to look milky, oil change is not due till atleast 2-3 months. what could it be.

Bad new for you.

Head Gasket is gone.

Confirm this, if u see white smoke from exhaust and have felt loss in power too.

Cry it over and get it done from serious mechanic as its big and too technical job. Avoid backyard mechanic.
