Do each vehicle come with a vehicle identification number. Mazda Passenger vehicle manufactured for sale in the United States have the VIN located on a plate on top of the dashboard.

Yes mate, every vehicle in world have unique VIN number known as Vehicle Identification Number. You must have seen US cars having VIN stamped on dash just below the windshield. In GCC specs its on driver door sill or on Dashboard as in US specs.

Just like to add more that every VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) has 17 alpha-numeric character and it stores the following key information like: Year of make, manufacturing plant, trim code, engine specs, vehicle attributes, number of doors etc followed by unique 6-10 digit of unique number for identifying your vehicle.
