gearbox is not working?

when driving my car at one speed the gear box behaves its self but just when i need to apply breaks and accelerate the RPM goes sooo fast and it runs beyond my control

what is it with my car how can i fix it

Inside gear box clutch is slipping it definitely need a rebuild. Get from pro mechanic like X srvice center or ARM.
