dubaiguy
You must have hit the radiator under part or either radiator, or hose which is leaking the Green coolant now. Take it to any good mechanic and let them diagnose if something need to be changed or repaired. Radiator is expensive to change so just hope that you haven't bashed the radiator and it must be some hose or joint somewhere down. I drive with emarat 4x4 and i know two guys and 1 girl having Rav 4. Its quite capable car, it just that you need to get used to it and dont bash everywhere. It will do good in desert too. Dont worry.
Penley
See the radiator so that you can also determine if it is also damaged. I had similar problem and I was able to check it. I just decided to bring it to the mechanic because he knew better than me.
