roof of convertible is not working

the roof of my convertible is not working and when checking the fuse it looked fine

what else should i do before giving it up for the dealers to fix it

Check the relay too, as it might have some relay for convertible function or for convertible motor.

If you hear the noise while attempting to convert then motor and fuse is fine and something somewhere is stuck in mechanism for which you need qualified technician only.
