Hi @Gaurav, as you can see my photos are submitted as empty or black. Second week in a row although I tried on different devices and different browsers. I think the error is related to my username. Any ideas ?

@Mike.I had previously had issues with the Aspect Ratio, but it is unlikely that you are having that issue.

An issue I can think of is the file format. Websites don't play well with Apple's *.HEIC format, and if your workflow somehow involves *.HEIC files being uploaded then they might not work properly.

Hi @Looperhow can I tell if it is .HEIC? I’m using the same phone that I used to post pictures on a few weeks ago and I didn’t change anything in my camera settings. That’s why I’m surprised

Your files seems to be in *.JPEG format. Many phones use *.jpg but it is the same file format.

*.HEIC is a industry standard format & adopted by Apple and it does a good  job exporting to *.jpg while exporting/sharing outside of its ecosystem. 

The issue can be due to myriad of reasons such as the browser you are using, the apps that handle your photos in the phone - if any of them need to be updated and not might cause issues & frankly I am just spitballing here. I am sorry I am not being more helpful.
