I really love the idea of combining desert driving with a cleanup initiative. It is a fantastic way to enjoy the beauty of the desert while giving back and helping to keep pristine. I am looking forward to joining the team and doing my part to protect these stunning landscapes. Can't wait to meet everyone and hit the sand for a good cause!.

Drive Theme Another famous Scenic drive, where the focus is more on enjoying the terrain than on bashing any dunes. We will be covering a big portion of the Marmoom Conservation Reserve, trying to spot Oryx, gazelles, and take regular breaks for socializing and taking photos. Do you have any prior off-road experience? If yes, pls share details. Confirm your vehicle has front and rear tow hooks/eyelets. Advise if you don’t have a programable radio and safety flag. What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Approximate finish time: 11:30AM P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE: This drive is limited to 12 cars only. RSVP will close on Friday - 9AM. If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list. Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions. Hi @Jameskm Qudra area could be a good option. I've included in the attachment two potential routes. You can download this .gpx file and open it with any GPS app like GaiaGPS (free account), Gurumaps, or also Wikiloc or Alltrails. Both are in the Qudra area and very simple. There is one that takes you through the Qudra lakes, which they might like. In general, we would never recommend venturing out alone of course. On the other hand, these routes are mostly on hard tracks. No in the actual dunes. You can go a little bit towards the dunes for a snack and sitdown but not further than that when you are all alone. There is other options further up north like Mleiha, Batayeh, etc... If that would be in your plan as well let me know i can share some scenic tracks of UAQ and RAK. lakes-route.gpx qudra-faqa.gpx

Adding to that, it may be fun to take them to 'Oman' at Nahwa. There's some fun little wadi's to take off the main gravel road, many little nooks and crannies to explore and have a decent lunch spot. Here's a map of a spot I was at recently, with couple photos.

Great Drive today Team Navigators ! @Luke K P @Aser @Hugo @Imran Asghar thank you for your time and dedication for the Gaia practice. Driving was excellent today. We were focused on the waypoints, but we had excellent conditions, with virgin sand in some of the high locations prepared by Luke. (we cannot disclose the location here 🤫). Beautiful lines by all of you !
