Please make sure your Carnity user profile is always updated with all the latest Emergency contact details. SUPPORT TEAM Pre-requisite 1) Minimum 10 any level "Carnity" drives are required after your Intermediate promotion to become eligible for the Support Team. Once you decide to join Team Carnity to excel further with your off-roading, people, and commanding skills, you will be extensively trained by the whole Team Carnity from Expert - Marshal - Crew at various stages by supporting different levels drives. Activities for Support Team Members Support different Marshals and Crew at Newbie level drives to demonstrate: Your ability and willingness to support new offroaders. Ability to gain control of commanding situations. And clear communication skills to help manage the convoy. Possible progress toward becoming an Advisor Once you have proved to be a regular Supporting Team member and have supported different trip leads on several Newbie and Fewbie drives, we will gather your periodic feedback. Based on this feedback and reviews you might receive an invitation to become a Carnity Advisor for further advancement within our community. You will also need to have completed a minimum of 5 Intermediate Level drives, and be a regular club member (minimum supporting 6 Newbie or Fewbie drives per quarter) to become eligible. Being invited to an Advisor role means we put our faith in you as a passionate club member who displays maturity and passion to carry your knowledge on to new off-roaders who are still progressing through the ranks.

We request every member that joins this drive to go through the information below and strictly follow these guidelines, etiquette and responsibilities. MUST READ AND COMPLY Environmental Policy Offroad Flag Guideline Two Way Radio Guideline Off road Driving Etiquettes Emergency details for all off roaders Off Road Driving - Roles & Responsibilities Drive Details Level: Newbie and above (all levels) - NO Absolute Newbies Meeting time: 08:00 AM Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/dVnNuLQF7DFFurLYA Action Plan: From the eastern side of Dubai's emirate, driving with the sun as it climbs the sky at our back, toward the west. A mix of terrains, with some taller and longer cordons, at the beginning and toward the end, and lower, tighter, technical areas in between, where, at times, the bushes may add an element of difficulty. We'll look for clean sand, no previous tracks, while we make our way toward the Solar Tower first, and the Solar Park tarmac road at the end. What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face masks, rubber gloves, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Approximate finish time: 12:00 PM P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive. RECOMMENDED OFF-ROAD GEAR: Tire deflator & Tire pressure gauge Compressor (MANDATORY) Walkie-talkie radio (MANDATORY) Off-road flag (MANDATORY) Shovel, Tow Rope & 2 Shackles First-aid kit Fire extinguisher. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE This drive is limited to 10 cars only. RSVP will close on Friday - 12 PM. If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list. RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list. Latecomers will be returned - Without any exceptions. Members without RSVP will be returned - Without any exceptions. I am not able to find anyone else, so planning to do double duty. I have couple of options: Drive on Saturday: same time same location, or Do a reverse drive: start at Ghantoot and end at Qudra, at about 11 am, and do a return drive at noon from Qudra and end at Ghantoot. After considering both the options, I have decided to do a second drive to be held on Saturday this time. I will experiment the reverse drive next time if required. I have posted the drive below and request you to sign up if want to join. Please carefully note the time and place and the nearest fuel station.
