Thank you all for joining again! With such a long train, i was expecting some struggles along the way, as we combined farm tracks with some technical passages in the dunes. But all of you really drove fantastic today! The weather was an absolute bliss, and i look forward to more drives like this coming winter, including full day drives, perhaps a 7 Emirates drive again, and definitely some drives in the mountains Fantastic support by @Aser, @J-P L, and @Mehmet Volga. Without your help i would have never taken the risk of a 20 car convoy, so thank you so much for stepping in. See you soon in the sand again! Some pointers for tomorrow: - Meeting time is 7AM, but please try to arrive by 6.45AM so you have time to deflate and install your off-road flag. - If you have HT tires (highway terrain) you can deflate to 14psi, if you have AT tires (All-Terrain), you can deflate to 12psi. Feel free to approach me or any of the support members if you need any assistance. - Please bring your off-road gear (seen in Newbie briefing video) and a programmed walkie talkie. We will be using Channel 10, which is 446.23125Mhz. - If you are joining us for the first time, or have been out for a long time, please do watch the Newbie Briefing video that was posted here earlier: MUST WATCH: NEWBIE VIDEO BRIEFING Our plan is to finish by 10.30-11AM, but be aware there can be 30-40mins stretch on this, as this is typical for off-roading and especially with a massive convoy like we will be having tomorrow. Dune Surfers @Alexanderrr @Sam Selim @ChrisW It looks like we’ve got ourselves a 4-member convoy — well within our 6-car limit! Perfect size for this kind of exploration drive. Please make sure there’s at least 20 liters of extra fuel for your Mean Machines, and don’t forget to pack lunch and refreshments for the Beasts driving them! By now, I’m sure everyone’s completed a quick vehicle check, including: General inspection for any hidden mechanical issues Spare tire (condition and pressure) Essential recovery gear, jack, and tools I plan to leave for the meeting point on Friday night, depending on how soon I can wrap up work. Hi all First drive with Carnity. Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 Black with front and rear eyelets. Some experience desert driving with another club, have driven in Muqquaab, Sweihan, Al Faqa, Nazwa, Al Qudra and Al Badayer. Have offroad flag, traction boards, programmable radio, air compressor, first aid kit, soft shackles and kinetic rope
