    I experienced same thing last week in Madinat Zayed. I feel liwa town has better coverage in the city and dunes than madinat sayed.

    As far as your colleague Santa FE has 8-10 inches of ground clearance along with front and back tow hooks, he will be fine to join any newbie drives.

    I totally agree on every word you said as I happen to have the same impression for Baofeng up until last year. BUT SADLY all the historic user of Baofeng in Carnity off-road club was a classical example to try WEIRD positioning of hiding the mic, handset, hands free 3 million kms away and then speak from a tunnel on a upside down face. Technically speaking it's nothing to do with Baofeng, if user does not or don't want to understand how basic radio works it's a user issue and not a brand issue.

    Go to https://carnity.com/business_listing/car-services/general-service-workshop Filter Dubai and choose the closest general service workshop as it's a Ford Fusion service and brake job and not any specialized or complicated repair. Almost any good garage is more than enough to do such basic job.

    Absolutely yes, if you have driven off-road before. So that you can focus more on driving and learning, as self-drive 4x4 in desert is a series task and you should try to avoid any/all distractions while learning to do drive off-road.

    Yes indeed you are right and we are thinking hard for having Saturday drives soon.

    To be honest from little research and quick look online, they dont look too different as in offroad tires tread pattern and rubber quality plays a huge role. Based on G012 insanely awesome experience from 7 years of offroad, I still suggest to try G015 as they look pretty much same. If anyone who have used both, can shed more light and correct me if I'm wrong.
