  2. Thanks Basel and Sri, names added see you guys in the evening for the drive and suhoor.
  3. Hahahah seriously.....! Zippo pic taken at home not on drive sirji. I am sure you will be able to watch next video now
  4. I really doubt on this as if setting is provided by car manufacturer then it is supposed to be use, irrespective of its duration unless stated in owners manual, Like launch control in GTR. I had Lexus GS430 that comes with similar mode and all the time I was driving on comf mode and only 10% occasionally on sport when I like to try high speed cornering. Also agree with desertdude that suspension air ballon (rubber consumable item) should be changed in pair, I tried same once and next month changed the second one. I am totally surprise that why dealer has changed one, go back and ask them the reason, as you never know there must be some fault or a defect they must have spotted on one air ballon in which case changing the faulty one is acceptable.

  6. After experiencing an amazing drive last Friday in excellent weather, we like to replicate another Suhoor night drive to enjoy the drive and eating together but in a different area - Bidayer to Pink Rock. This area offers all level terrain in some easy to medium size rolling dunes, and we expect to finish on some tall dune to enjoy suhoor with good breeze and company. When: 1 June 2017, Thursday Meeting time: 11 PM, convoy will move sharp at 11:15 PM Where: Old Emarat Petrol Station at Lahbab R/A GPS Coordinate: https://goo.gl/maps/gQd1UszDdSG2 Level of drive: Absolute Newbie - Newbie - Fewbie - Expert - Advance - All are welcome Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 10 inches of ground clearance Plan: Night drive from Bidayer to Pink rock and enjoy Suhoor together. What to bring along: Evening snacks, food for Suhoor, plenty of water - whatever you like with little extra to share, water, liquids, smiles, stories, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Approximate finish time: 4 AM, 2 June 2017, Friday List your name and mobile number in this drive thread and RSVP the below calendar:
  7. Go with above advise as it is. You can only deflate further while you struggle if you have good condition off-road tires (All terrain or M/S). Then you can deflate to 10-12 psi otherwise for road tires (HT tread) 14-15 is ideal. If you deflate further while having extra load then be careful to avoid sharp turn and go straight up and down than side-ways which will pop-out tire more easily due to extra load under low tire pressure.
  8. Indeed it was fun driving in night and getting through with all challenges of stucks, refusals, pop-out, deflation and inflation at certain hill climbs was even more fun. I am loving the night drive more now as night breeze is very cool and refreshing as we go up on the dunes. Suhoor spread was also amazing with so many different options, but time didn't allow us to finish all and few went back home in same packing. Many thanks to Basel for wonderful souvenir as a mark of respect and love we share with each other. Although I didn't find any good reason for accepting it, but when I found my name engrave on it so couldn't say no (I'm honest). Here are the pictures from my camera, others please upload yours in same album: https://carnity.com/gallery/category/20-the-first-drive-for-ramadan-26-may-2017/
  9. What are the options available for car under body rust protection for critical components and chassis frame? I just spotted some very minor rust formation in few areas under my Pajero today, so looking for some good quality solution to protect.
  10. @FutureY Thanks for adding your experience, do you mind telling which area require extra caution and have you done in it 4WD or sedan car?
  11. I have adjusted this yesterday and it did showed me almost the whole blind spot. Now I also understood that why in my Pajero I have so big side view mirrors. By the time car finish 80% appearing on my side view and then I can see the car front from my side eyes means there is good gap of 20% overlap that can help driver almost kill that blind spot if mirrors are adjusted properly. Great thread Rahim bhai and nice answer Jaan rambo to help everyone drive safely.
  12. It's doing fantastic and will show you on next drive on how to get loud and thumping base without the sub-woofer.
