Yes it include Full wash - underbody,Engine  bay,inside out. 
and 31.50 was including VAT. Usually complete wash in Alain costs bw 35-45 maximum. 
body wash + Interior = 20 to 25

Today i washed my pathy - full wash for 32dhs - complete wash

I have seen people Stopping car for meeting and greeting or may be gathering for chit chat on the last line of roundabout without any issues. This is common in Alain.

Most important - he must have wore his seatbelt. Heard he died in this accident.
