  7. It was a great outing and also a great introduction to off-roading for my family. Since then, I have been getting 'requests' on when is the next one. What is the recommended minimum age for kids to be a passenger, of course, secured in a proper car seat? @Gaurav @Srikumar @Frederic
  8. I shall appreciate it if you could share some recommendations on a reliable and practical rooftop cargo bag for your rack that will come with straps preferably. I figured, for added safety, I should secure it with additional straps. @PaoloMaraziti What do you use for your roof rack?
  9. oh dear.... I have been to Fossil Rock a few times and enjoyed it each time. Good to see it fenced up for preservation. However, if it is turned into a tourist capsule hotel then I am not so sure about that from the preservation standpoint.
  10. @Ale Vallecchi apologies for missing this because my phone was accidentally on silent, so the alarm did not ring.
  11. Hello fellow FJ-ers. I have the OEM roof rack and would like to seek some practical advice on how do you secure things on the rack. For a start, I would like to secure the spade, and a couple of duffel bags or even the folded table and chairs, if possible. Any ideas / recommendations? I could not locate any valuable input from the FJCruiser forum, most of them have Baja /ARB rack or other form of flat rack. In my view, the OEM rack is aesthetically pleasing but limited options or less practical on how to secure things on top.
  12. @Nikicongrats and thanks for your support in the forum and WhatsApp, although I have not driven with you before.
  13. My stove arrived and I tested the cartridges. Happy that it works and grateful for all the input here. Thank you all!
  14. @Gauravsounds good. Will try the supermarkets first Basically what happened was, my wife had ordered the gas stove but asked me to figure out the cartridges. I will just wait for the stove to arrive and but one of the cartridge from the supermarket to try.
  15. I shall appreciate it if anyone of you could weigh in on what is the correct or suitable cartridge for this camping stove? It mentioned that it is compatible with CP 250 but I could not find CP250 on Amazon. The gas cartridges found on Amazon are as below but none of them mentioned CP 250.
