    @Thomas Varghese Hi Thomas . I am afraid I agree with Richard @Wrangeld regarding the sharp edges of your rear hook tows. Unfortunately I have it my self too .till I get them sorted smoother or change them totally I use the smooth round yellow D Shackle as a connector between the tow point and the soft shackle.

    excellent @Nivin very informative for the new owners of X especially on sand and like @sertac I never drive on sand without this on as digital reading is more sharp to the eye than analogue and precise quantitative measure. also below is the video how to do it VIDEO-2020-07-26-22-46-56.mp4

    Hi Angela @Foxtrot Oscar My X swallowed sand particles , work in progress. I will get it today . However I would prefer not to push it till I get the new feel.     Also it works with X terra with me as I am always on 3 and occasionally 2 leaving the 1 for steep situations and I noticed also temp almost constant 👌

    Regarding the X Terra front tow hooks as well as the back one no need to drill holes in the chassis to accommodate the fore coming 3 bolted each hook also bash plate need to be removed for installation of the new hooks and put back again. Integrity checking these hooks especially after recovery events is important.

    It looks I got this sand bug long time back ( Dady work trips in empty quarter ) and Carnity just triggered the hibernating bear inside of me , I guess my little Abdallah is just on the same path like grandpa and papa 😅
