@Wafi Ziadeh if you can bring that would be great else we will be providing a walkie talkie. Flag while is not considered a must for the first absolute newbie drive - is mandatory from your second drive onwards - so it is good to have one irrespective.

You guys had fun. Isn't desert dive like an obstacle course? Apart from driving, a lot of fun can be had from the recoveries. For both people involved in the recovery - to plan and execute a recovery or as spectators who either observe and learn or if it is a normal one then they socialize - fun, nevertheless. Making memories as we go.

@Anoop Nair did you forget to stop the recording, that total time is a lot. Moving Speed and Moving time looks like it was a fairly fast paced drive.

@JERINE_B yours is a 4 door. It lasts longer than 2 door Jeeps, but it will go nevertheless. Jeep has low profile bumper but they don’t bring cars here with those bumpers. Even the one that I have made me loose the rear parking sensors.

I still haven’t gone to RTA yet in 2 years for renewal but I guess it should be okay.

The bumpers on short wheel based cars are more prone to breakage compared to long wheel based cars. Long wheel base cars fare better but the desert terrain is such that sometimes unexpected events happen. It was stock for him and mine too for the first 3, even the Mopar bumper number plate holder broke for me before I lift the car that’s why you see a number plate relocation bracket on my car. My suggestion is to buy an aftermarket rear bumper if you are going for a Mopar look alike bumper. It retains the parking sensors and does not come in contact with the rear tail hook. For front go for mopar, or ensure that the front tow hooks from the original bumper are kept if you are going for the Mopar look alike bumper. AOR makes bumpers that look alike the Mopar bumpers. They are made of aluminium I think and are light and half the cost.
