  1. Mehmet, by any chance we can use other channel. I always struggle with channel 3 🙂
  2. yes I am using BF Goodrich.. they were on the car when I bought it. So would you recommend to use lighter ones for sand. if yes, which ones you recommend? I felt a decent difference just by reprogramming the gear last week as the garage advised me the gear need to be reprogrammed post upgrading tyers and it seems the old owner did not do that. However, he advised that to get the full potential given the tyers size re-gearing to 4.11 is advised. I meant big from a Fewbie perspective,. so its relative
  3. much appreciated Gaurav. Basically I am running on 33s on 17' and I believe I am not getting full potentials/torque on steep big sand dunes. I did some decent researching and it seems re-gearing is my solution. I have a 2014 JK unlimited Sahara. I would appreciate it if anyone had similar problems to share his experience.
  4. fair enough... probably if you can advise estimates of the average cost I should expect at a good shop would be it will be very helpful.
  5. I would appreciate any guidance for a goods garage or a list of garages for re-gearing my car. I have 2014 JK unlimited Sahara. I also looking to do some upgrades for bumpers and lights. Many thanks, Marwan
  6. Apologies by Mistake. I dropped out of Islam drive. can you please add me to yours
  7. I felt a good difference post changing the fuel pump, but not a game changer. the mechanic says it might be one of the gear output chips, but to be honest i am not sure. However, this is not the reason as i will ship the car to Jordan today where i will spend 5 weeks driving around the country northern mountains and southern desert (Wadi Rum). if you are planning to come along give me a buzz
  8. I am really sorry @Anish S as i thought i dropped out of this. i wont be able to make it as I will be travelling and i sent the car to repair and it seems the fuel pump needs replacement ( i might be able to drive through the big dunes after all :) Enjoy everyone and see you in September. have a great summer.
  9. apologies i have to drop out as i needed to send my car to the repair shop..Enjoy and have a nice weekend
  10. Gents, it was amazing indeed and that bit of technical drive in the dark was worth the stuck. I just need to figure out why these big dunes keep on defeating me. I will try @Gaurav Soni advise to clean the air filter. Many thanks to @Anish S and @Gaurav Soni for tackling every challenge with confidence.
