  1. @Frederic sorry for not joining. There was a party which was kind of unplanned and couldn't get up in the morning for the drive. 🙏
  2. @Ale Vallecchi thank you very much for the drive and putting me as second lead. It was my first as second lead and a wonderful experience. Sorry that I loose my concentration a couple of times... @Anish S thank you very much for sweeping.. thank you all who joined. Looking forward for the next one...
  3. @Benjamin thank you for your feedback. I will just focus on making my driving smooth rather than worrying about popouts, I don't know I am always worried about that and troubling you all with my popouts...
  4. @Frederic as you said AT is better in many circumstances. I don't care about sabka at full speed, I know the tyres can take it. I damaged the stock toyo tyres in wadi that too at a very easy one I was surprised..as you said no side wall protection...
  5. @Frederic when i see this post i searched for and saw some previous posts regrading the wheel size also and in opinion 16" is the best for desert drive. What I have is 18", I had several popouts and some times I hear experienced people saying it's the rim's that causing it. I still try to make my driving style smooth to prevent a popout and put it on 13psi, I have bfgoodrich ko2. Appreciate your insights on this.
  6. @DP1011 @Benjamin we were wondering why my vehicle don't recover on it's own and need a tug..it suffered a good damage..luckily the stock guard took it.. I will need to protect it more...
  7. @Emanuel as you said I used to follow you..but this time it was opposite..glad you have passenger and recorded all the track...awaiting to see the raw footage...I never had a footage from behind...
  8. @DP1011 thank you very much for the drive and advises to get better. @Emmanuel thank you for watching my back and advising me on the risks I am taking by refusing to go down and fighting gravity. @Benjamin thank you for your support as always. @Marek very nice pics. We need you on all the drives, may be a special permission to join any drive as you like. @Mahmut I didnt notice during the drive may be because of no breaks..but your jeep looks amazing...nice job.... thank you all who joined and see you in sand again soon.
  9. @DP1011 can you let me sweep..I love that..very challenging and motivate me to concentrate fully...
  10. @JeromeFJ thank you very much for the drive. It was a combination of everything. I really like the last part after sabka which was a very relaxing one after the technical part, I think you did the same kind of track last time I drive with you in sweihan. That's how I think all the drive should be concluded.. @Nathan very good job being the SL. @Rob S thank you very much for the support.. below my mishap in the last fewbie drive. See you again in sand soon....
  11. @M.Seidam I have removed myself from the waiting list thinking of going to the wadis this week.. but the whether predictions are heavy rains and its not safe.. if possible add me to the drive..
  12. If some one has a photo of the stupid situation I was in, please post it..so I can see and remember....
  13. @Islam Soliman @Imteeaz thank you very much for the drive and all the help with my popout and that stuck which look liked some one dropped me from air. That was split second distraction I think I was looking at where the other car was going and kind of lost where I am going and hit the bottom of dune straight, i will say i was , I don't know, technical need much more focus. I tend to avoid it but I rsvp as you said in the description to get that fear out of getting stuck in tight situations. And from the many stucks you guys manged I really learned a lot.. thank you very much. Hope all had fun and that gazelle finds home....
  14. @DP1011 thank you very much for the drive and the coffee. combined with the pleasant weather and nicely drawn route it was, i will say mind soothing drive. No hurry burry, no yalla push.. @M.Seidam @Mahmut thank you for your support and guidance. Thank you all who joined. Nice meeting you all. See you in sand soon...
  15. @Islam Soliman thank you very much for adding me to the drive. Looking forward for the drive with you...
  16. @Simon D @Frederic @Benjamin thank you very much for the drive after almost 7 weeks break it was nice to hit the sands again... really enjoyed the drive and went home with a satisfying feeling... I was missing that feeling for sometime and was longing for that... thank you all who joined for the drive... looking forward for the next one...
  17. @Simon D can you accommodate me on this drive. Just got confirmation that I can take leave tomorrow afternoon...missed last weeks drive so much...i can see that its a well supported drive and hope I can join...
  18. @Looper @Gaurav so sorry to miss out on two drives today which I was really looking forward for today after a long gap of 5 weeks.... but my son had a high fever in the night and kind of had sleepless night.. first I skipped loopers drive hoping I can take him to doctor in the morning.. but unfortunately our regular doctors were on vacation and the earliest appointment I could get was for the afternoon doctor at 1:15 pm which made me cancel the gauravs drive also.. all is fine now with my son.. but I just want you to understand that it was not a stupid excuse to skip the drive....what makes me feel so bad is I requested gaurav to add me to support and I couldn't..so sorry..
  19. @Gaurav I am really sorry but I got an emergency as my son is sick and got the appointment with doctor for afternoon. I was really looking forward for the drive but unfortunately can't join...
  20. @Simon D @Looper @Sunil Mathew very sad to inform you that I won't be joining for the drive. My son is not well and have to take him to the doctor first thing in the morning...
