Finally, Audi realizes to compete in SUV-Coupe segment with BMW X6, Range Rover Velar, and Porsche Cayenne with its new Audi Q8 2019.

Audi Q8 is actually a full-size luxury family crossover SUV. I personally like the design of this new Audi Q8 launched shortly and looks much better than Audi Q7 big and bulky feel. Although Audi removed the supercharger from this and replaced with 3.0 liter DOHC V6 twin scroll turbo.

As the Audi signature line, this new Audi Q8 2019 will have Quattro AWD with a central locking differential and Audi adaptive air suspension as a standard feature for all trim. Audi Q8 3.0 liter turbocharged will be matted with eight-speed gearing and will be available in 3 variants:

• 55 TSI - 3.0 Petrol - 335 hp pushing 0-100 in 5.6 Secs

• 50 TDI - 3.0 Diesel - 286 hp pushing 0-100 in 6.3 Secs

• 45 TDI - 3.0 Diesel - 231 hp pushing 0-100 in 7.2 Secs

Audi Q8 comes in two packages in S line (Premium) and Vorsprung (Prestige) with all the possible bells and whistles you can imagine. There is very clever all-wheel dynamic steer in Vorsprung package that beats the tech game above all. Handling in tight spots, parking in short spaces will be far easier with Audi Dynamic All-Wheel Steer.

All the Audi Q8 packages come with mini 48 Volt/9.6Ah lithium-ion battery that is fitted in the boot that enables the Hybrid technology to ease the start/stop and engine cruising at highway speed to bump up the fuel mileage and lower the emission. It also helps in reducing the turbo lag that is a major challenge for any turbocharged motor.

I agree with you all, but I'm still in the game as I could guess it wouldn't be so easy peasy for a hefty prize. I'm waiting for few more days till google search index that image and I can get to that from google images than searching for a needle in a haystack

Has anyone noticed that fuel tank gauge has 4 quarter and each quarter deliver different mileage? This difference is also huge like below:

• 1st quarter - 120 kms
• 2nd quarter - 80 kms
• 3rd quarter - 60 kms
• 4th quarter - 100 kms

I am just curious to know if this is happening with you guys too or not? If yes, then why?

No offence but women drivers tend to leave too much space in front and end up parking next to rear white line making the parking behind them ultra tight. I noticed this almost everyday in every female coworker car near my office.

Instead of wrecking cars like this, they should stop the illegal doors from where people are importing. Damn stupid.

Which is the best car wash in dubai for all time? I am sick and tired of changing places and experimenting. I like few places who do good car wash with love and pride, and I start going to them and after few atempts I find them doing all shortcuts. If someone do small mistake, I am happy to advise but whole thing turn around can't be fixed, so I must have tried all places I do lot of outdoor travelling in Dubai and tried from Best Emarat station behind awir , grand car wash in twar area and szr almost all are horrible now. appreciate any advise on new car wash places in dubai, thanks.

Also in some rare occasions the radiator big fan viscose clutch fails. Which is easy to catch, if while your heat gauge needle moves up, do you hear big gushing fan noise from engine bay or not as that's the function of that viscose clutch to run on two speed. one speed (half of engine rpm) when car is in normal temperature. Second speed (same as engine rpm) when car starts to overheat.

Sorry @Gaurav no offence, but why should I trust you? I mean who are you? And how much experience you have with cars and engine oil? More than the car manufacturers or engine oil manufacturers?

If it's true, why not everyone is taking and why none of the car manufacturer adapting to this high temp, extra cleaning logic?

Hope I can help you with some of my experience:

• Most Japanese (if not all) cars come basic option at Jebel Ali and all dealers have their assembly for upgrading whatever custom option you want including the leather seats. It may be a dealer or service adviser stunt to trick you to force you to upgrade to 3.5 for the wish of leather seats.
• You can upgrade GENUINE real leather seats from best upholstery maker in Dubai / Sharjah for 3500 - 5000 AED MAX.
• Difference between 2.5 and 3.5 is the instant pick acceleration difference and capability to quickly swerve between the lanes with that quick acceleration. If that's what your heart desire, close your eyes and pay extra - it's worth every dirham.
• For long distance cruise as a daily drive 4 cyl (2.5) is far efficient than 6 cyl (3.5), factor 20% extra on the fuel with 3.5.
• For long distance cruise as a daily drive you won't feel a jack difference in either.

So truly ask yourself what you really want, and do that. As decision made by heart will make you live happier than brain doing number crunching and forcing you to justify what make sense.
