bradly Posted May 9, 2012 Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 what may have made the bakes of my captiva soft and spongy. i am not understanding the problem to resolve this issue. will i have to change them as this will be the first time im going to experience such problem. bomain Posted May 14, 2012 Report Share Posted May 14, 2012 When air gets into the brake system the brakes get spongy a few things lead to this either leaks in the lines, less fluid in the system or if caliper that opened up a brake line is changed. b bleeding the brakes. will solve the problem Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
