Why is my Audi Q7 2007 making a high pitch sound

when today morning i started my car every thing was fine till approximately after 15 to 20 min there was a high pitch sound coming from engine when driving and continued till i was idling as well as when i was parking.

what is this noise how can i stop it?

This could be a serpentine belt if you push them down then you can check your belts by looking at them for cracks in the belt, or if it is loose then it must be replaced.

check also the pulleys by removing the belt and spinning each pulley by hand.

Your Audi would be making the high pitch noise most likely due to a faulty PCV valve or a vacuum leak. If it is out of warranty I would be able to check it out.
