DRIVE DESCRIPTION

What better terrain to learn and have some fun than the famous Pink Rock area in Sharjah? Most of us have done our first drives here and there are many memories left behind in this terrain.

We will be starting from the Tawi Nazwa farms, making our way to Pink Rock itself, and then heading towards Big Red along the Dubai-Hatta Road.

We request every member that joins this drive to go through the below information and strictly follow these guidelines, etiquettes and responsibilities.

MUST READ AND COMPLY

First time with Carnity Off-road Club:

  • Please share your vehicle details - Make, Model, Color, and Year.
  • Do you have any prior off-road experience? If yes, pls share details.
  • Confirm your vehicle has front and rear tow hooks/eyelets.
  • Advise if you don’t have a programmable radio and safety flag.
  • MUST WATCH: NEWBIE VIDEO BRIEFING
 

DRIVE DETAILS

Level:  Absolute Newbie, Newbie and above

When:   19 Oct 2025, Sunday

Meeting time:  6:30 AM - Sharp (Without any exceptions)

Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zwXguhJDZBdJFZxz8

Approximate finish time: 10:30 AM approx.

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Mandatory off-road gears: Tire deflator, tire pressure gauge, compressor, walkie-talkie radio, off-road flag, shovel, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

  • This drive is limited to 12 cars only.
  • If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. Once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
  • RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list.
  • Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
  • Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
  • Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
  • Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

As this will be your first offroad drive with us, kindly provide us with a small introduction as seen below:

Dear Frederick,

 

I am so excited to be part of the club and drive with Carnity 

I have jeep wrangler blue 392 2024

I have completed total 15 drives with jeepers, one private drive with Gaurav, 7 private drives with Gary from jeepers. 

Yes vehicle has front and rear hooks and I have two programmable radios and flag.

Please try to arrive by 6.15AM so you have time to deflate and setup your offroad flag.

We will be using Carnity Channel 8: 446.18125 Mhz for our communications on the walkie talkie during the drive. If you do not have a radio yet, i can lend you one for your first drive tomorrow.

I drive a silver Jeep Wrangler JK. I have been to the desert before, but this will be my first drive with any club in the UAE.
