If there is no transmision dipstick, it means transmission oil is made for life.

However you if leaking and need to top up, you need to unbolt top up bolt on transmission from down.

There is no dipstick on the LR4 or for that matter on any new age cars to check your transmission level. No transmission fluid is filled for life. Lifetime generally refers

to the life of the vehicle warranty.

It is just that you have extended changing intervals. To keep the tranny in good condition, considering the extreme weather, it would be ideal to have it

renewed every 100k.
