Black fluid (may be oil) in parking

Recently got my 2001 model Range rover serviced, while getting all lubes and diff + tranny oil checked noticed that big round box after tranny n 4x4 unit is leaking JET BLACK kind of oil with very very low intensity. Then i realize that same one spot in 3 days kind of leak im seeing in my parking spot. Checked all my differentials, gear box and 4x4 box oil and they all are in good condition and at optimum level and not leaking. Can anyone please advise whats this leaking...? Thanks in advance guys. Its good to find this forum here in uae, where people can interact locally on these issues.

Seems like you are referring to parking brake drum circular box behind tranny???

If car is old, better remove the center shaft and open the box and change the brake pad once and see whats going on isnide. Not a big job, couple hours diy, with right allen key to open the first bolt on parking barke box.
