redo the paint and car seats

i have a very old nissan sunny 1997 its my dad's so cant discard it well i need to at least repaint the car and change the seats covers as i am very short on time (leaving the country in 2-4 days) where can i get both of these jobs done and yes it should not be toooo expensive but not cheap.

Get paint from technical garage. and buy sat covers from deira (naif) car accssory markat.
