the change in size of allow wheels from 13 to 15 will change the performance of the car in any way??

yes ur car will accelrate a bit slower/lose a bit of power. and ur speedometer reading will be affected. best thing to to would be to get bigger alloys, but lower profile tyres. try to keep the combined wheel+tyre size as close to the original as possible
