Update 20251120 - The Sunday Plan: There is a large section of dunes just to the south west of Tilal ADNOC, bordered to the west by a farm and to the east by the Tilal drag race strip. Big Sidies, ridge riding and criss crossing. Next we will double back to the south east towards sweihan lake. Small dunes, technical sections. We will try and go straight through the dunes here instead of looping around too much, to train ourselves on the tech stuff before having a short break at the Lake. Westwards again across sabkha and some long range dunes, picking up the speed and connecting nice flowing sections towards the various rock formations. Next we zig zag south through a high technical zone, and across some areas with vegetation, to be rewarded with some TALL WIDE OPEN dunes which we will take big Sidies on and enjoy some high speed runs finishing towards north Khatim. LETS DO IT 💪

DRIVE DESCRIPTION Before our beloved Marshal Davie leaves Dubai for good, we would like to come together for a simple sit-down gathering to thank him, share memories, and wish him well for his next chapter. This is not a regular off-road drive. Just a relaxed get-together to talk, laugh and remember all the amazing moments Davie has created in the desert with us. What to expect: Casual sit-down with Davie and fellow offroaders. Stories from past drives and Desert Champions moments. A chance to personally thank him for his time, guidance and dedication. Group picture and goodbye hugs before he heads off. If you have driven with Davie, learned from him, or simply enjoyed his company on the sand, this is the perfect chance to come by, shake his hand, and wish him the best for the road ahead. Dear @Ale Vallecchi I have finished Masterclass training with Gaurav but did not complete any drives with the Carnity Off-road club. In the description is mentioned Level: Newbie and above (NO ABSOLUTE NEWBIES). It is not fully clear if I can join or not? Kind regards, Piotr

Thanks @Frederic, fully agree. Did the crossing a year back supporting Landies from the 60's and 70's. Enough spares to build a complete car. Did it the past weekend with much more capable vehicles, and thankfully all went well.
