Drive Report It was indeed a champion recovery like drive with a two tire 🛞 pop out came as a bonus 😅 by 5:30 pm all who attended the drive were just ready and some demo on the sand for our first Fb @SHIHAN BEARY ,who just did well ,we vanished into the deep dark desert our first encounter had to be mine and my second lead @JC_E First we had to recover JC which was done brilliantly by @Faraz94 pulling him back words in three attempts with increasing intensity to feel the proper amount needed for the tug . after I managed from this pose to navigate and squeeze the Xterra out without being hanged on the 4 wheels After this we managed to play around for a while around the long range dunes of Lisaili before we took our quick chat and coffee ☕️ break under the last fade of the twilight Going further along the track heading to the secret garden we encountered the second almost same position with my Xterra nose down but this time there was no way out. Calling all the shovelers available and we digged a deep ditch one meters infront of the bumper were all the soft sand just displaced and the pumper cleared which made me to getaway with it . unfortunately out from this position I got trapped in another soft patch obliquely where @Faraz94 managed to redirect my position by a very gentle tug . @Shahid Mehmood managed to get a nice pop out which was fixed in no time followed by @SHIHAN BEARY partial pop out lead to sudden flat tire which re inflating with no bubbles around confirmed the partial pop-out. after this we straight headed to the exit with big smiles and strong muscles . And every one took a home msg with him learning something new . I liked the drive despite all these hiccups buts it’s part of the game my Abdallah met new kids and had time to say hello to every one . @Mahmut thank you for helping and directing others when time needed . @JC_E fantastic second lead as always @Faraz94 I believe tow rope recoveries with different techniques made you the recovery champion yesterday night 👍very well done . @SHIHAN BEARY despite its your first Fb and in the dark you did very well my friend @Shahid Mehmood @khurramm brilliant drive . Thanks Doc @M.Seidam for another wonderful drive. It was a really well balanced drive covering both technical and recovery learnings. We knew what we were in for right before the drive...right? The signal was right before us!😉😝

Thanks to our Support team i was able to stretch the convoy a bit. Few notes before the drive: 1. Try to arrive a bit earlier (15mins) so you have time to deflate and set up your flag. 2. Make sure to bring your Newbie gears: Programmed radio, shovel, pressure gauge/deflator, and your compressor. 3. We will be using Channel 10: 446.231Mhz. 4. Deflate to 14psi if you have HT tires, or you can deflate to 12psi if you have AT tires. 5. If this is your first drive with us, make sure you have watched our Newbie briefing video. Trip Report: We completed a memorable Sunday drive starting from the Al-Qua Milky Way Galaxy viewpoint and ending at ADNOC Hameem, covering an area that was extremely soft, technical, and completely new to us—something similar to Yellow Truck but with its own surprises. Our convoy of five—myself, Sam, Giacomo, Nithish and Glenn—began around 8:10 AM, delayed only by the incredibly scenic and fog-filled route leading to the start point. From the outset, the terrain demanded full attention: endless soft patches, first-gear crawling and long stretches of technical driving. Despite the difficulty, the landscape was stunning, and we paused at a few spots to take photos. Midway through, we picked up an unexpected radio call from someone sounding stuck, but the communication vanished immediately. Moments later, we spotted a stranded Nissan Patrol with a local driver and some farm workers trying unsuccessfully to free it. Surprisingly, he had no radio, yet we reached him right on time. Sam pulled him out effortlessly, and we continued our route still wondering who the voice on the radio had actually been. After a short break and lunch near the halfway mark, we pushed forward—but soon discovered that Nitesh’s earlier wrist injury had flared up, making it difficult for him to keep driving. We guided him out safely through an ADNOC-used gatch track before continuing toward our final waypoint. The rest of the journey remained soft and technical, but we made the most of it by diverting into dunes and slipfaces whenever possible to break the monotony. @Giacomoand @Glenn Wdrove exceptionally well—precise, controlled, and disciplined throughout their first intermediate run, showing great skill and endurance. @Sam Selim provided constant support, pulling me out of some crests and nasty popout as I was the only one who managed to get stuck multiple times, including a pop-out on a climb, while the others handled the terrain beautifully. In the end, we rolled into ADNOC Hameem tired but satisfied. It was a challenging but rewarding drive, made even better by the company and the commitment everyone showed from start to finish. well done @Giacomo @Glenn W on your first IM.Hope you recover @nithish468 for the coming drive. see you all soon on sand!
