Fantastically driven by everyone today! Thanks to the great support of @Andrew John Melvill @Jose Luis Campos@Ishak and @JC_E doing perfect second lead duties, it was a smooth sailing drive and we could gently ramp up the level. Climbing Big Red dune from the backside with 18cars says a lot about the skills you all portrayed today! Was also great to meet up with @Jun Zamora! How good was the sand quality today!? We had fresh lines over most of Salamat today, big climbs in hot soft sand, linking ridges, looping bowls all at a fast pace. We gave the cars a rest a few times to cool down and always jumped back into it 💪💪 We had a rest to watch @Zed convoy take some loops at the yahar bowl before pushing on to the big 360 bowl with views of the airport. At around the two hour mark, we had to exit the drive early due to issues with the lead (but not any of the cars! I had to stop at every ADNOC on the way home 😅😩) Everyone drove really well, and handle the heat and soft big terrain with ease. I hope you all enjoyed the lines and had a great Sunday. This was my first drive since July 2025 and it could not have been any better than this drive. It was truly best of Qudra, the three sections spaced out and paced with implacable speed. Thank you very much for the drive @Emanuel. Also appreciate your looper’s loop ♾️. A big thank you to @J-P L and @Rob S for their support. great to see you @Mahesh_ on your comeback drive as well. see you all more often now.

I wanted to restart my driving after a six-month break, and the drive @Emmanuel provided was exactly what I needed. It was great to reconnect with old friends like @Looper, @Rob S, and @J-P L see you all in the sand soon.

Sorry guys, I’m gonna have to withdraw my participation today. As I’m Driving home from work there’s a worryingly metal on metal sound coming from my suspension or control arm components. It’s definitely not wise to drive and instead get it looked at ASAP. just one of those things I guess 🙄 … Enjoy the day and I’ll hopefully see you on the next one.
