Its a gear noise or relays or clutch, if not experiencing any jerk (major or minor) while shifting gear dont bother. Its normal.

Check if it need some code, if not then fuse must be blown as battery change must have happen with key still in on position.

Go to sharjah on BMW road and you will have plenty of ford spare part seller (original one) at 50% - 60% discounted rate than dealer. Try their im sure you will find it under 800 - 1000, after all its just a water pump.

Its a cold start issue, looks like you might be running cold spark plug. Change to OEM specs spark plugs.

Engine oil after 5000 km or 10000 km depending on which engine oil u used, synthetic or fully synthetic. Brake oil after 40k km Gear oil after 30k km Coolant once every two year PSF after every two years or 40k km

Small noise is normal, but if its loud humming and zingy noise then its PSF low level, Power Steering Fluid needs top up. if still persist same zingy noise then power steering pump is weak, better change.

Also consider changing gear oil once. It can solve many issues.
