Have you ever noticed vehicles with DRL's and no DRL's on your rear view mirror when driving on highways ?

Photochromic to be precise, I thought its same tech that changes color with presence of light.
I didnt meant for electronically controlled tinting that barry was doing earlier with Ghost Tints. That's too messy for cars and its operation.

Toyota has finally decided to stop production of it's flagship legend Land Cruiser J200 (LC200) by 2022. This shape rolled out in 2008, so after 16 years of service this shape has been schedule to retire. I personally think it was high time for Toyota to pull this trigger as most of the other car manufacturers are changing shapes every 8-10 years. Right @desertdude, as you were waiting.
I'm more excited now to see the market flooding with next LC design until Toyota official announcement.
I love seeing people creativity at wild for rendering defender, supra oops Z4, Jimny etc.

Mitsubishi brand guidelines must be rolling in its grave seeing so many weird brand positioning.
Especially the main cactus growing mitsu logo in WWF format.
Oh, I think most funny was V12.

DRL's increases the visibility of your car, so that other drivers can see you on the road, it looks kool too !!
Really.....?
If person cannot see 3 feet wide metal object in "daylight" he needs new eye test.

i didnt even know about this tech until i saw it now. how cool is this!!!
This is very old tech in eye wear. I rem having my first electrochromic glasses in 1997 as a fun. It's mostly used in optician glasses so person using eyeglasses need not to change glasses in sun and it will change its tint in few seconds.

I think IMC or other recovery service provider have some quick charging service. Worst case scenario, put the car on recovery bed and drop them to the nearest charging point.
It's better to check with the provider (Tesla or any) that what are there terms for roadside assistance.

I didnt meant for factory dark tints.
Google electrochromic feature.

Has anyone thought how cool it will be to have dark glasses at day and clear through night, like electrochromic sunglasses?
Why car manufacturers aren't going for electrochromic glasses in cars? What's stopping them? Cost, law, safety.....?

Pitstop Arabia is good service for tire change, I assume they must be selling original tires as they are based in Dubai.
I second with Sri, that sparing 30 minutes can actually save you lot more money.
You can check more tire shops here:

Also you can check Pitstop Arabia ratings here

Both were technically different stuck's but I agree it was the same spot...
Means Rav is shy to cross tall dune Crest, no matter whichever angle or speed you attempt...!
I think we have seen same in shwuaib also.

Congratulations @Rahimdad for not opening the engine head.
Well done @shadow79 for using the drill bit to unscrew the stuck plug.
Here are the 9 Nissan used part scrap yards that you can call to get that faulty part - couldn't get its name correctly

Thanks @desertdude for icarsoft recommendation.
I am actually looking for something like this Bluetooth device that can hook up with smartphone software for code reading and clearing + live data feed of fluid and exhaust related temperature for offroad use.
https://www.icarsoft.com/Product/s-294-icarsoft_bluetooth_multi_scan_tool_i620.html
@Frederic can you check when you are free if this Bluetooth dongle will work on our Pajero's MUT protocol?
@shadow79 existing one didn't worked on my Pajero but I love his torque dashboard for live readings.

Excellent search and suggestion of this new area by @Emmanuel
Thanks @Srikumar for Impeccable planning of 2 diff routes, waypoints, fence, exit strategy resulting in perfect drive even after few nasty recoveries we were able to play in those amazing dunes. Keep it up.
Just the last bit was killing to inflate at 49 degrees under the sun and 44 under the shade (watch).

1 - Spark plugs don’t need to be murder tight. You don’t need to swing off a 1/2” bar with a pipe on the end. Use a torque wrench. 30 Nm is plenty. It’s such a simple job anyone can do in a parking lot so you should do it yourself
Very rare to see mechanic using torque wrench here.

Back home my mechanic friends used to laugh at me for using copper grease on everything when you might not see the customer again. I always said think about the next guy who might be working on the car. When you get a car in the shop and you see parts with copper grease, it makes you smile. It’s good karma.
This is super rare.

Gone are the days when the plugs were visible lately it deep in so such things don't work...as you increase in height then the force doesn't reach there like when you increase in width the torque is increased....
I think you are talking about 2001 Pathfinder, which is good 18 years old now.
Ford F150 in above video is also 2001 model and Jeep in second video looks TJ (97-06).
Still there is no harm in trying than opening an engine head for multiplying hassle, cost and labor.

Time to buy this extractor @shadow79
In video it looks damn easy and doable with using appropriate "penetrating" oil than opening the head.
Another example by using the drill bit to extract the broken spark plug, very intelligent.
