    To be honest, I dont know much about Abu Dhabi as I briefly stayed there for couple of months in past. You can actually drive to mussaffa area and walk around to get quick quote on your job. In Abu Dhabi, Mussaffah is the only place where you will find all the mechanics and spare part shop spread into few industrial area blocks.

    Emirates Driving Institute is better and known for impartial test examiner. I got mine in second attempt, which is really a big deal here.

    This seems like wolf of wall street oops wolf of dubizzle street example. Extremely clever and genius but in a wrong way. I always put No dealers and time waster for cash offer, my price is fixed. This eliminates almost 50% literate dealers, and only have to deal with illiterate dealers who don't have patience to read the full ad till end before calling.

    Last I remember Bugatti Veyron has been taken over by the Venom GT as a number 1. Thanks for updated list with nice comparison on Dubai - Abu Dhabi timing, very funny and impressive. It's only possible if we don't have 100's of radar to click.....!

    That's a very big money Toyota makes man, bigger than most of the fortune 500 companies. After seeing this I am more curious to know how much $ Toyota makes from UAE only.....? Even the guestimate is fine......! Apart from research and going local, Toyota is also a good car brand because they take care of their customers and emerge as a brand with a human value behind it and not just a brick wall. Toyota is the only brand I hear all the time doing millions and millions of recall car everywhere in every country. This shows that they realize their mistake and offer free replacement to its customer showing they are more honest car brand than many others. Have you ever heard Mazda, Peugeot, Porsche, BMW, Cadillac recalling their cars ever as much as Toyota recalls their cars....? Second best thing at least in the UAE about Toyota is their service, they have made this servicing so easy and fast that once you use Toyota in the UAE, you will hate rest of all car brand service center. In less than an hour you can get the minor service from Toyota dealer in the UAE. Many other snobbish car brand ask at least 2 days for leaving the car behind for one bloody oil change service. Toyota definitely has paved their way to this bigger number of profits with proper thinking and implementation. Having said, all of the above I still feel Toyota cars in the UAE are overpriced by at least 25%.

    It's better to go with the option that any of the member here has installed and has gone through RTA testing without any issue. My friend got some custom build exhasut from Sharjah for 2000 Dhs and with a guarantee that it will pass RTA test, but it failed and then shopkeeper refused to refund and offer free installation service for 1 year for switching the stock and refitting the modified one after the passing.

    White patches may occur in case car is too old and always parked under the sun. Over the long term sun eats all the paint and that's why car company applies several quotes to keep car shinning as long as possible.

    This is usually a feature of central lock and it depends if the 2015 LC comes with this feature or not. Secondly it also depends if this feature was enable or not by adding additional wiring as it require little bit extra work to wire the speed function with central lock. I am sure you are looking for something, that if car goes above 10 km/h speed all door should be automatically get locked. First check with dealer if such function can be enable, as they might not have enabled such such feature as many don't like it. If they say they cannot as such feature does not exist in installed central lock module, then you only need to change the central lock module for less than 100 - 200 dirham from deira or sharjah shops and inform the guy who install the module that you want this feature enable before he start the job, so that he can lay the wiring accordingly and also choose the right central locking module.

    To start with OBD scanner is a good idea to see what fault code is registering. If no fault code is registering, try changing the spark plugs to the exact OEM type as previous owner might have installed the wrong plugs. As some spark plugs are cold used for hot countries and other are hot used for cold countries to counter the external heat. May be your car has colder plugs that is why it's freaking in 15-20 degrees in UAE at the moment. Worth experimenting this at first, as it's the most cheapest experiment you can do with consumable item.

    Sorry to say, but generally dealers dont give a flying f#%$ when car is in warranty, so getting this job when car is out warranty is almost impossible. You can instead do a private restoration of those individual panels instead of repainting the whole car, will be economical and advisable to retain factory paint as much as you can. Autozone is Rashidiya do lot of insurance repainting job, and I got my car done once with them few years back. You can try them.

    It is expensive and very very time consuming job. I got once changed for my patrol and spent 6+ hour at mechanic shop.

    Acura is Honda product I never knew that. And after knowing it reflect quiet a bit of older Accord design definition in the sidelines and fron of civic blended together. Yes I am biased now after knowing the Honda DNA, lol.

    This seems more likely 5008, if not 3008. For sure it's too big for 2008. With spy shot it looks big fat and ugly, I hope the design definitions make it any prettier in real life.

    Frequent offender having 1 ticket a month means they are use to of that few hundred dirham ticket every month and they must have budgeted that as a car expense. May be increasing the speeding ticket to 10 times will curb the offences instantly, I remember that when Dubai police increased speeding fine from 200 to 600 that was a big noise and people behaved good for sometime.....!

    Start with cleaning the air filter and see if it has any improvement as if air filter is choked then the air fuel mixture is weak when car is cold and then after little heat ECU adjust the firing order and making more rich fuel than lean. This may also impact on the fuel economy marginally.
