  1. Many places i am not seeing 91. If i see i will get 91. I think my car require only 87 octane.
  2. Next time when i go to Saleem we will try that wire modification. After that if it will work, i will post the solution here.
  3. @skumar83 and i basically having the same car. He is having manuel i am having auto. There are many dunes he is climbing without any problem. When it comes to my car if there is any bump on the climb it is jumping and while it is jumping it is deciding to shift it to 2. gear. So i am loosing power and not getting climb.
  4. Seems like you already decided. In my Turkish car forum every month at least 1 bad story i am reading. This is what you are doing if you need to take the engine out for any repairing. I dont know the gasoline engines, we only have diesel engines. In diesel engines it is impossible to rebuild it. You need to get new engine. Whic they are charging more than 100.000TL(TL and AED same price). If the google translate working good you can read from here. This is the first owner car is 2010 74.000km only. And engine get brake without any reason. http://www.techturkey.com/forum/sohbet/230352-rangerover_sport_motor_yatak_sardi.html Note : This is only what i read i never experienced any Range Rover in my life.
  5. I am always afraid from Range Rovers. I heard and read many bad stories about them. In my country they are saying; First owner will drive the Range Rover after that Range Rover start to drive the next owners. For that reason i would go with Escalade.
  6. Hi @Prakashs First i have to tell; (this is my opinion maybe others will think different) I dont think it will worth the spend money on 2014 cherokee. It is road car more than proper off roader. But as i see you like your Jeep and want to go with it. So i can suggest you to go and talk with @shadow79 Saleem. He is the one taking care of most of our vehicles.
  7. It was absolutely amazing drive. While we are on the drive we changed our mind to finish to fossil rock instead of Big Red. That decision made our day. First we went to Pink Rock, after that we head to Faya. I went to Faya for the first time. I really start to understand why @shadow79 is always want to go Faya We all managed to reach to top even one of them was having 4 cylinder car. After faya we head to Fossil Rock which is my favorite spot in the all UAE. Also we all made to pass the rocks and downhill. Everyone did great. Our newbies showed us how improved their self. Without any stuck we passed 50km drive in the desert.
  8. Nice area Rahim Bhai i will be there with full support
  9. How much did you enjoy your first drive? -More than i could imagine. What did you enjoy about the drive? -Fossil Rock Which part of the drive you think you enjoyed the best which you would like to repeat? -Fossil Rock Do you think there was a good mix of lecture and practical, was the lecture too long, and any part that can be avoided or done in a shorter or different way? Do you think anything else could be added to the lecture? -Everything good. I learned everything from you guys. I can see i got good education. Do you think prior reading material would help? -Practice is better. Would you know where on the Carnity forum you would be able to find the information you are looking for? -Yes i am. Is there anything you think could be done in a better way? -Radio can be must for even newbies. How do you suggest to make things better for the new comers? -I think our group is friendly and helpful and thats what a newbie can expect. How do you think you can progress within the current atmosphere and learning opportunities provided? -Current atmosphere is good for learning.
