Thank you @Chirag S. and @syedyaseer. Partly right. The speed was his enemy, but I guess it was deliberate as he wanted all 4 tires in the air. Maybe car was loaded to one side or he had a bad angle to take off, as the car tilted in the air. Once landed that hard on one side with tires bouncing the car the other side and due to excessive speed no time to control the maneuver causing the roll.

I felt it like a cricket ball after we hit. The biggest mistake for him was giving him a license to drive/Fly 🤦🏻‍♂️

In my opinion the gearing is a bigger issue in the automatic Pajero than power. With the Omani Hack if you can sort out holding the lower gears at higher revs that is going to improve the performance.

But that with issue for 2008- 2011 Pajeros i hope. 2012 and after its holding the gears doesn't shift while climbing.

  4. Carnity is always my Family. Its the best site which can answer all my queries , suggest me something good, advise me of the best, it all about being a family.

I love the support they provide in all cases. The offroad club its super awesome. A great great family.Super relaxing fun, adventure ready club. It makes us wait for fridays to meet the most enthusiastic charming personalities who is so keen in teaching the offroad techniques with a lot of patience.

( every clubs, if we ask for a suggestion of mods- they quote the best mods available on market which is far more expensive and unreachable for everyone but when ot comes to carnity every time i hear a question about mods needed, the answer i hear from expertises is that “Join the club,Feel the car, check whether its ok for you or do you really love off-roading before you do something to your car” and i believe thats the genuine answer some one can give for a newbie)

Love you carnity to the Moon and Back.

    Hey Guys,

Time has come that I miss the power that I had with my Toyota 4.0. Planning to tune my 3.8 SWB with a Unichip. Does anybody have any good places/recommendations where to get it done? Looking to Get the Unichip Q4 and have it with 3 Maps.

    Cheers,
    Jas

Best decision, Unichip does magic to your pajero . With 3.8 you can have a gain of 25-35 Hp which makes a lot of difference. I have driven a 3.8 pajero and felt the difference.

Buying and fixing a Unichip doesnt make any difference . Tune it with professionals and you can feel the difference. With Q4 its usually for vehicles with lot of sensors.

Authorised professionals tuning is Moca.check with them the compatibility about Q4.

I took it to the garage and had the AC inspected and re gassed. They couldnt find a leak in the engine and after the regassing it now works again. However there is a chance it could have been leaking from the motor under the dashboard, but i opted not to have that check due to the labor charge. If the AC goes again within the next few days then the leak must be coming from under dashboard.

After i picked up the car, the lights did start to blink for a bit where @Fuadmentioned. but have stopped. @Fuad can you explain what this could mean?

Yep that was what i want to know.

In pajeros usually the lights starts blinking when the AC gas is very low ( So that we dont want to be panic about it) Get it filled and you are ok.

Please do the check if it blinks again and that means you are having a leak . Just get it checked thoroughly for leak as summer is approaching.

    Thanks for the update @LewisCocks90

Great to hear. Missed you on the drives. What actually happened?

My clutch plates was damaged entirely, switches were having problem, car never moves even after mechanically shifted, jz simply roar only.. transmission oil was black colour (dead black recently changed 2000kms ago) so instead of overhauling better got a good transmission Assembly and taking trial now.

I am studying more about it with my old unit
