  1. Great drive today ! Thank you for joining me. This area of Nahel is never disappointing. Great views, nice variety of dunes, not too many bushes, and usually empty. We made the most of it, starting softly in the first dunes. I got stuck, pointing down against a bush, and the whole team joined supporting the shoveling 🙏. Luckily it was still early in the morning. Then progressively we went into higher dunes, took the time to circle a large bowl. Then we had a more tricky portion, as a long climb with pockets and soft sand. You have been amazing coming through with only a few minor refusals. Congratulations to @edward-392, @Rajath Shetty, @Raptor Runner - Praveen, your driving was excellent ! Thank you @Danie for the second lead, you had great anticipation of my moves, and @Mahesh_ and @Jose Luis Campos, supporting the convoy, and guiding out the refusals when required. Have a great weekend !

  3. Dear Desert Drivers Before the drive on Saturday, please make sure your car is ready for the outdoors, and remove unnecessary items from the back seat and trunk areas. Please check your route to reach the meeting point. Coming from Nahel on the E95, about 300m before the final location, you will see a road to your right, with a sign "...Holiday Camp..." Take that road. It is closed by a fence. Reach slowly to the fence, it will open by itself. Then continue until you see the other cars. Please have a look before Saturday morning, as GPS gives sometimes strange indications these days...

  6. Thank you for joining the drive this morning. We had a great time with a lot of different terrains. A nice practice in the first set of medium size dunes for a warm-up, with straight crossings, ridge riding, a few soft patches in the way... a few stucks and refusals were cleared without difficulties. After a break, we progressively reached higher climbs and into the Ghafeteen bowl. We could push the engines, experiencing acceleration and momentum, as well as controlling the speed in the descents. After another break for the view, we continued our route to the East through a mix of technical dunes and sabkha with a final set of long easy flowing dunes before reaching the tarmac. @Jason M excellent driving, thank you for the support as 2nd lead, very well executed. @Amer Alsabbagh very well done, the drive was definitely above NB level and you did great. Try to maintain continuous momentum rather than accelerating and check your fishtailing, you will progress well into FB level. @Hartzel you have excellent control of your car, including in the climbs, continue to enjoy, @Vijaya Kumar Doppa nice to see you back in the sand, the Rubicon is in good hands, @Aser, thank you for the support in the middle of the convoy,, and showing how to circle a bowl! @Steffi you handle to TJ very well in every situations. @Jerome getting confident with the Raptor, no issues at all, @Thomas54675 try to focus more on your line on ridges to avoid occasional fishtailing. Many thanks for the support in the sweep position, with timely indications ! See you all on a next drive !
