@PaoloMaraziti sorry to have heard from the thread what happened on the drive and this post about the incident and also to hear your are leaving club. We only drove once a while ago with Richard and particularly enjoyed meeting you.
I am also in support of what you said in your last post , and wether or not your were in the wrong in your drive and made an error which you humbly agreed too. There seems to be plenty of errors along the way that were not your fault. Also the way some people may have approached you in this thread i belive is in correct and doesn’t support the ethos of “Let’s watch and grow together “ but more a placing the blame game. Either way I just wanted to say you have been very polite and humble considering the situation you were in, anyone in carnity would have panicked at the top of a dune that size in your position and I would like to say without naming names , opinions on this thread could of been written slightly more sensitively then they were in consideration .
Good luck and safe driving in future and hope we cross paths again.

@Hisham Masaadthank you so much for the drive today and great lead. You drive really well and it’s a pleasure to see and you are also so calm and collective throughout on all your drives.
Everyone else in support thank you also great job all round and nice drive, pleasure to meet some of you for the first time and together.
Badayer was tricky as ever and even more so with so many tracks but everyone did great and a lovely way to spend Saturday afternoon.

@Jeepiethank for one of the best drives I have had, independent or with carnity. Really had me thinking , concentrating. A bit of everything, technical, distance, fun times playing and a lot of bumps. Really brilliant.

Is this drive still happening with only 3 people on the drive @Jeepie? Haven’t heard anything so just curious if you are waiting for others to join or what the situation is 😊

Hey everyone hope your well, I’m not sure if this is allowed but if it isn’t please tell me so I removed post.
However I have an unused Maxxtrax rear wheel harness if any one is interested. Never used at all and will sell it a little under the market price even though brand new. If anyone is interested please contact me.

Thanks @Wrangeldfor the positive feedback ,happy I could be of use and thanks for leading us so well again. Also thanks to @Jeepieand@Alex Raptorfor the great support, as always a pleasure seeing you both in action.
Was a different drive to recent for me as has been a while since I did a newbie. I won’t lie seeing the fewbies in the distant and the lines they took in Sweihan had me a little envious to say the least but I also thoroughly enjoyed the pace in the new area , assessing the desert and different shape of the dunes with its steep slopes and high wind banks something to be careful of in the future. Was a personal exploration drive in a way for me while taking part in a newbie convoy.
Also enjoyed watching and learning the support team guide newbies through refusals and how advice was given to new comers in handling their 4x4’s in tricky situations . Something I hope to be able to assist with more in the distant future after completing my needed drives towards intermediate and beyond.
We we’re lucky in the morning with mist and how it firmed up the sand but once it dried up and the sun came out I appreciated just how super soft the sand can be in the area , more so then Badayer I think, also how beautiful it is! I am absolutely gagging to get back out there.
@mikaeel shaik great drive from you I heard that you are a capable driver and I also was very impressed with your handling of the MG in that super soft sand.
@Nabeel Abdul Rahmani kept my eye on you the whole time and you handled your patrol really well today. Just remember to be careful in the rear of the convoy in the churned up sand , always requires a little more thought and attention when driving to where you are putting your vehicle. Also too, get your radiator protected soon but really nice drive from you .
@Walter Palkfirst time I have seen A track in action! Brilliant, once you learn how to use that tool properly will be fantastic for you never seen or appreciated it before myself. Really impressed with it.
Lovely morning all round thanks to everyone. Enjoy the rest of the weekend! Safe driving all.
Oh and I saw my first black camel, I didn’t even know the existed! 😍😁

I don’t have you confused with Angela 😂!
I still stand by my only drive with you being one of the best I had in and out of carnity. Big losses to the group this morning. Shame!
See you in the sand I hope .
