Just following up on this! With both lights lit up after long hold I had Zero problems! 

Thanks everyone, tried this morning and is slightly different than the video so thought worth documenting for others if relevant.

press once, “TRC off” lights up.

press and hold:

“TRC off” light is displayed almost instantly

” ‘image of  skidding car’ and ‘off’ “ then appears after 3-5 seconds

I’ll try this on the next drive and report back! 

Dash showed traction control was off. Maybe it was stability control or abs cutting in?

was on absolute newbie drive this week and both I and another Prado driver faced traction control activating even though disabled by the button on the dash. Any advice for us how to fully disable from other Prado owners? Both of ours see 2015 models.

As update, I’ve now got my camel compressor and hopefully programmed radio correctly! Prado is white if you want to update the list! See you all tomorrow!

Hi, I’ve got 2015 Prado, front and rear tow hooks. I’ve been to desert just once and usually driving rwd BMWs in UK rain and not 4x4s. 

ive got old school pressure gauge and valve removal tool, along with an off-road flag. Aiming to pick up compressor tomorrow and maybe a radio ready for Friday. 
 

should we deflate tyres in the car park prior to 7am, or just wait to be told?
