DRIVE DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Carnity off road club Fewbie plus drive in the beautiful Abu Dhabi Desert, please ensure your off-road gear is as per your rank and you bring lots of enthusiasm with you.

Drive Details

Level:  Fewbie plus and above

Meeting time: Sat 1st Feb 2025 7:00 AM (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Meeting Point:  https://maps.app.goo.gl/JZeSCRSY86zNo69F7

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Mandatory off-road gears: Tire deflator, tire pressure gauge, compressor, walkie-talkie radio, off-road flag, shovel, first-aid kit, Tow Rope, 2 Shackles and fire extinguisher.

Note: Please ensure that all of your off-road gear is securely tied down with ratchet straps in the rear compartment of the vehicle. Bungy type tie downs are not suitable for tying down off-road gear.

Approximate finish time: 11:00 AM

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.
 

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

• This drive is limited to 10 cars only. RSVP will close on Friday - 1 PM.
• If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
• RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list.
• Latecomers will be returned - Without any exceptions.
• Members without RSVP will be returned - Without any exceptions.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

@Hashem Rihan unfortunately you do not hold the required rank for this Fewbie plus drive I have removed you from the waitlist but I look forward to driving with you on a fewbie drive in the near future

@Davie Smooth_Operator - the url linked to the title of this event in the calendar (effectively the only way to access this thread if not access via last post or not when somebody tagged opens a notification) contains this ?do=edit suffix (most likely left by mistake by admin/thread owner), so only moderators can access this thread from calendar (or you need to know to delete this suffix from the address bar).

Looking forward to the challenge , have not done any drives above Fewbie in months , want to make sure I have not lost that skill.
