DRIVE DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Carnity off-road club - Fewbie drive!

This Wednesday afternoon, we will head out for relaxed desert drive, making the most of the pleasant weather and beautiful afternoon light. The plan is to spend around two hours driving, flowing trough the dunes at an easy pace, and enjoying the terrain.

After the drive, we will slow things down and take well-deserved break to simply enjoy the desert. We will find a nice spot to sit together on or chairs, watch the sunset, and appreciate the calm atmosphere. We need to be settle in before 5:37 to enjoy the sunset. I hope the sky is clear on Wednesday.

Please remember to bring your chairs, coffee and snacks for yourself, cameras and good company. Looking forward to sharing this sunset with you all 🌄📸.

DRIVE DETAILS

Level:  Fewbie and above

Meeting time: 03:00 PM (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water & snacks (for yourself), smiles, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Mandatory off-road gears: Newbie and above, Tire deflator, tire pressure gauge, compressor, walkie-talkie radio, off-road flag, shovel, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, Intermediate and above, Tow Rope and 2 soft Shackles.

Note: Please ensure that all of your off-road gear is securely tied down with ratchet straps in the rear compartment of the vehicle. Bungy type tie downs are not suitable for tying down off-road gear.

Approximate finish time: 06:30 PM

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.
 

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

• This drive is limited to 10 cars only. RSVP will close on Tuesday- 5 PM.
• If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list.
• RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list.
• Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

Hello @Jabir, Welcome to Carnity.

I saw that you RSVP'd for this drive. This is a Fewbie-level drive. If you have experience driving in the desert with another club, that is great! However, we do ask that everyone completes at least one Newbie-level drive first. This helps the lead observe your skills and ensure the safety. Then you can apply for a promotion to Fewbie-level by submitting proof of your pass experience.

I am really sorry, but I will need to remove you from this drive. We would love to have you on the future drives!

Hey @Ishak, sorry for the late message. I’m on my way now, but I realized I forgot the compressor hose in the garage while installing it yesterday. Just checking if it’s okay for me to join the drive or if I should skip this one.

Hi @Sheho yes you can join. You can use my compressor. See you soon also I have extra hose. Let see if the couplers are the same with your compressor
