This session is designed to give Support Team Members the ability to train and practice various recoveries, but also to discuss soft skills such as leadership, ability to remain calm and focused, and keep control of unexpected situations that may arise.

Meeting time: 6:30 AM (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Approximate finish time: 11:00 AM

Mandatory off-road gears: Offroad Gears for Support Team including Hydraulic Jack, Wooden board, compressor, toolbox, kinetic rope with shackles.
