ignition lock cylinder removal

my car is a Deville a and i am trying to change ignition lock cylinder

how do I get to it without compromising the air bag clock spring. do i need some special tool foe this?

You will need to buy to special tools to do this job. i recommend using a qualified mechanic. Your going to need to replace 3 plastic parts that always break. If you want to do it just post back the update for helping all of us here. Thanks.
