  1. Hello dune riders! @Myrko @Carl Stanley @Diego @Sunstreaker @Mei Ling @Krinesh @Abhishek Chikara @Ahmed Farouk @khlief @Shahid Mehmood Please take a moment to check your car and ensure everything is in good condition. Also, make sure you don't have any tight plan afterward. We want to avoid unnecessary issues, though anything can happen in the desert. Please make sure all your off-road gear is securely fastened using ratchet strap. Bungee type tie downs are not allowed. If you feel unsure about attending for any reason, kindly withdraw your RSVP so someone from the waiting list @Amr J @Cristian can move up. Thanks for support @Frans M @Mahesh_ I will post the convoy order on Saturday.

  3. Location is updated on the drive post and calendar. Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4SHjXMF9BYnykHp48 Rest all is the same for drive and kids activities, but for us, we will climb dunes instead of trekking the pink rock.

  4. @Jose Luis Campos I think the garage put in non-OEM links and that is why each broke on subsequent drives. They now only quote me OEM parts. No issues now since both have been replaced again.

  8. Unfortunately i do not know any specific shops that focus on American trucks only. Perhaps @Nathan @Beide Workuand some other F150 owners can chime in. If i am not mistaken, expedition is based on the F150 platform or at least shares many technical items. I understand you want to look for a specific "american car" shop, but my recommendation would be to visit an off-road suspension shop, and in the meantime do some research on the American forums to see which components they recommend.

  9. Have a look a below video from 8:20 onwards: 9:25 into the video you can see the arm hitting the spring as you described as well. I think this describes the exact phenomenon you are facing. If so, my recommendation is to approach a professional off-road workshop that specializes in suspensions and have a sitdown with them to understand what you want, what they can offer you, and for which budget, If the spacers were installed by some other shop, you can take it back there and ask your money back, as they done have a shitty job it seems.

  14. Thanks @Frederic, fully agree. Did the crossing a year back supporting Landies from the 60's and 70's. Enough spares to build a complete car. Did it the past weekend with much more capable vehicles, and thankfully all went well.
