This way, you will still learn and advance your knowledge by supporting other trip leads in different terrain to understand the complexity and challenges involved and practicing independent lead and convoy management. Feeling truly blessed! What a journey it has been, from the masterclass with the legend Gaurav in Dec 2023, working through the ranks to IM level during 2024. Then slowly moving towards Advisor and today. There have been so many mentors and friends along the way that all made Carnity the very special club that it is. Too many to mention but I am sure that you know who you are! There is so much still to learn, experiences to be had.and shared with all of you.
