  1. Meeting Emmanuel ( first time ) Finally i got the pleasure meeting Emmanuel @Emmanuel for the first time . I am honoured. Fast and calm and definitely in safe drive mode despite what “extreme drive “ might give an impression. So I would suggest nominating “ intermediate plus “ instead of “extreme “ ☺️ indeed it was a lovely cool start east to fossil rock , I loved the scenic view and the red soft sand, wonderful. Our chase continued up to sweadan after we crossed Faya when the gear cable issue hit at which our short lovely journey is paused and I would say to be continued by our Velociraptor soon hopefully. @Tero Vallas @Rizwanm2 @Shaaz Sha and @Jorge Stepniak Felippe Thank you for the lovely time we spent and the best and thrill is yet to come together with our desert Knight @Emmanuel 😉
  2. Congratulations @Zed it’s time to push it a bit more learn new tricks and refine skills as you climb the ladder more and more . Wish you pleasant driving time on the sand dunes 🙏
  3. Thank you @Emmanuel really can’t wait for this anticipated epic and more than that is the pleasure of meeting you for the first time ( my Deja vu worked ) 😄
  4. Hello @Wadepat2 and welcome to Carnity and it’s Offroad club. I wish you a pleasant start and happy progression as you climb the Offroad ladder in sand driving. See you soon .
  5. After avoiding the obstacle ( by stander ) shouldn’t have attempted to force it to stay on course ( fight gravity ) . Alternatively could have accepted that exiting down and turn again with bigger simile. I guess he realized it just while it was irreversible which explains his smile after the flip 😄
  6. Alf mabroook , hearty congratulations well deserved Shehab @Shehab Alawadhi Time for Boost and refine your skills and the 🐳 👍🌷🙏 Very well said Shehab , it’s all about the Driver my friend 👍
  7. I would like to add to what @Gaurav bhai mentioned regarding the running boards above is that possibly the good advantage of removing them it’s a weight reducing as some of those boards can weigh about 100 Kg both sides or even more and it’s quite significant reduction which may help to improve the P/W of the vehicle .
  8. Hi Fredireck enjoy and get back soon we will miss you
  9. The clunk sound is definitely from the axle joint mainly the outer one as its boot cracked letting grease out and drying the joint which makes the sound worse on turning and sand mixed with grease converting it to a cement line adding to the harsh sound. I am not a mechanic but experience from every week self inspection of the under the car after each trip made me think more deeper into these things. regarding jump , I might agree that it doesn’t tear the boot per se however definitely it will stress out the suspension as they absorb the rebound back . And maybe other stuff like radiator ... etc ... so my advise if you intentionally try to attempt a jump keep a red bull can ready open 🤣 as “ 4 wheelers don’t jump “ 😅
  10. “ Mysterious drive “ sounds very mystic and attractive to any off roader at least to me. @Ale Vallecchi I have always liked your drives and your write up is of no less. BTW I am telling my Little one the story of the deserts around the world while when I take him every week to a small desert drive in Qudra in a language he can understand 😄
  11. Don’t worry X can follow each other same brand same tire so I just followed your track , but not always 😉 actually I was thinking about the big heavy guys behind me 😉
