  1. A fun little drive, and great way to start the weekend, thanks @Emanuel for leading and @Sam Selim for the support! For those interested, the mouse we spotted was actually a Cheesman’s Gerbil - a species native to the Arabian peninsula.
  2. Yes TORC is a great idea, they do a lot with RAM Trucks
  3. Thanks for the tag Fred. As you point out, there are no US Truck specific workshops. Almost all of the work done on mine has been done by Machinehead 4x4 - although actually the suspension was done by Titan Performance. They changed my upper arms when fitting the Kings. In this case however, I would approach Rami Automotive, they are most likely going to be the easiest option. They know ‘American vehicles’ well, albeit it Jeeps mainly. But they were helpful with the f150 also.
  4. I’m so sorry @M.Seidam but I also need to leave the drive as my truck is currently with Machinehead and it’s taking longer than expected. Hopefully next time! Have a great drive
  5. Thank you @Ale Vallecchi for leading a fantastic and scenic drive. It was definitely a challenge at times, especially at the back of the convoy, but fun nonetheless! Thanks also to the support team to help us navigate through some relatively unique terrain! Unfortunately I had to head back to Dubai at the halfway point as I wasn’t feeling great, but I very much enjoyed seeing a new part of the desert. If anyone would be kind enough to share the GPX for the trail so that I could repeat it one day, I’d really appreciate it. See you all on the next drive
  6. Except @Rob S lives for the shovelling…especially when it’s helping a crested F150 😉😅
  7. Hi Fred, some confusion on this one. Is it a newbie or a fewbie? Listed as newbie on WhatsApp 😅 cheers.
  8. I saw it in the workshop the other day…looks like they were doing a lot of nice repairs. Best to have it perfect before trying it again! See you on another drive soon!
  9. Hi @Davie Smooth_Operator I will be attending the drive, thank you. See you Saturday!
  10. Fantastic drive as always! Great to meet some new faces and catch up with some old friends. Thanks everyone, see you in the desert again soon’
  11. Thanks @JeromeFJ do you know if any suitable camping locations near the start point for those of us who are notorious oversleepers? 🤣
  12. Hi @Islam Soliman I think a very good and sensible decision here. Regretful because we all love getting to the sand but safety must come first! Thanks for the update and see you on the next one
  13. Hi @Islam Soliman obviously a lot of rain predicted for the weekend…what’s the general thoughts on that? Drive is on regardless of weather right?
  14. Hi @Kailas, sorry I have to leave this drive as my car is still in the workshop and seems unlikely to be finished before Saturday.
  15. HI @Gaurav, sorry I only just saw this. Regretfully I will have to drop due to other commitments now. Thank you for the note and look forward to seeing you on the next one!
  16. @Frederic regretfully I must also withdraw from tomorrow’s drive. A gym injury collected this evening prevents me from driving safely. I’m sorry to drop at such a last minute. See you on the next one!
