I took the intro master class with Gaurav 2 weeks ago and I have limited off road driving experience (1 trip, about an hour). I took a 3 day off road course on my motorcycle but that wouldn’t apply to desert driving. Vehicle: 2024 Toyota Prado LC250, White and Black. Any prior off-road experience: refer to the above. Confirmation of front and rear tow hooks / recovery points: Confirmed (factory tow hooks) Confirmation you have a programmable radio (Yes, MT-777 and programmed to Carnity frequencies) and safety flag (trying to get one, any recommendations on where to get one?). 🎥 MUST WATCH BELOW: Newbie Video Briefing: Watched. note: where can I get a flag and suction mount? I don’t have a location where I can bolt on the flag.

You can head over to Dragon Mart (EA section i believe) where they sell the offroad flags and suction cups. @_Herman_i noticed your setup a few days ago. Where did you get this ? Gaurav Narsinghani
Hello everyone! M name is Gaurav, I drive a 2010 FJ cruiser that I’ve had since new, I’m running a Dobinsons MRR suspension with a 2.5 inch lift, I have around 5-6 years of previous off-roading experience with different groups and different areas of the UAE. I drove for the first time in a carnity drive last week in Nahel where I had the opportunity to take the role of the convoy sweep. My car is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment listed in the drive description and my radio is set up with all the carnity frequencies and my car has the factory tow hooks and a safety flag. Looking forward to driving with you all! Cheers! 1

Where did you get this ? Hi @Frederic, got it exactly where you describe, the Dragon Mart. Most suction cup flag systems there are 1 cup, found this one which is basically based on one of those dual suction cup handles they use to lift window panes. Seemed quite sturdy, bought it for when I take another car out that does not have a permanent solution. Came with a very long flag, so I didn’t put it on the window as I don’t trust that with a lot of momentum. Down on the metal bits should be fine, pic below.
