Hello everyone!

M name is Gaurav, I drive a 2010 FJ cruiser that I’ve had since new, I’m running a Dobinsons MRR suspension with a 2.5 inch lift, I have around 5-6 years of previous off-roading experience with different groups and different areas of the UAE. I drove for the first time in a carnity drive last week in Nahel where I had the opportunity to take the role of the convoy sweep.

My car is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment listed in the drive description and my radio is set up with all the carnity frequencies and my car has the factory tow hooks and a safety flag.

Looking forward to driving with you all!

Cheers!

Thanks @Gaurav Narsinghani for the introduction!

Are you planning to join this drive? Because i didnt see your name in the RSVP list.

Hey @Frederic, unfortunately I had to remove my name as I’ve had an unexpected medical issue. Hoping to recover by next week so I can join the next drive.

Have a nice drive tomorrow!

Get well soon! Thanks for the quick reply!

Thank you all for signing up for this drive! I am sure it will be a great morning out :)

We have some really great support with us tomorrow (marked in yellow on the list above). These people will be your first line of support and guidance, so you are comfortable at all times.

Some small pointers for tomorrow:

1. Please try to arrive by 6.45AM so you still have time to set up your flag, deflate, and perhaps even get a coffee or cigarette. I'd like to start the briefing by 7AM.

2. Bring your Newbie offroad gears: Shovel, programmed radio, offroad flag, compressor, and deflator/pressure gauge.

3. It can be chilly in the morning during the briefing: best to bring a sweater/hoodie/jacket :)

4. We will be using Channel 10: 446.231 on our radio.

See you all in the morning!
