ac question

the ac blower is blowing out air more at the bottom then in upper compartment

please advice me on how can i stop the air blowing down

If after hitting switch for up not bottom still problem persist that means the switch which supposed to turn the lower section off isnt listening and need change of switch or open the under section to see the duct. Range has 5 motor bender section control the ducts, three located on right side on passenger tweeter side and two on driver side.
