can is not getting charged

My 2002 911's Turbo is not starting as i can hear the starter buzzing also engine not turning over the starter.

how do figure this out

It is other way around buddy. Starter turns engine.

If starter isnt cranking at all that means bad starter or starter relay.

If its cranking and not starting that means so many doubts

AIR, FUEL, SPARK

Air filter isnt choked.

O2 sensor working fine

Fuel filter isnt blocked

Fuel pump is still alive and sending fuel at right pressure. (Usually it should read 30 psi at shrader valve in engine bay).

Spark plug is fine, HT leads is ok, Coil pack is healthy for producing good spark.
