Hi I have Kia Carnival, 2012 model. The engine of the car is really hot. I want to know if is it OK to disconnect any electric connector when the engine is on?

I think this is happening because of some issue with the brake pads. I think the brake pads are rough because of which the tires get imbalance and your car start shaking.

I have a very interesting question. Is it possible to weld aluminium for engine blocks? I mean can I do the welding on my own or do I need an expert for the same?

Well I know that when the air comes inside the cooling system, it causes idle surging. I faced the similar issue before, and I was reported idle surging.

if you dont have time, then you check check for any leak in your engine. Overheating generally happens when the oil or coolantis leaking. You can open your engine and check if you can find any leaking in thr.

Their driving is never smooth. SDome drivers I have seen drives like crazy as if they have to reachs somewhere, and they are late. Some drivers i have seen (Specially new ones) they drive so slow, that if a passenger is getting late, he will be double late because of the driver. So ya, they should follow the speed limits mentioned on the road and smoothly driving will not harm anyone, so maintain that.

How to check for a vacuum leak in R8!

The coolant sensors change the resistance as per the temperature. The negative temperature coefficient decreases the resistance when the temperature in the car is hot/rises. The positive one, on the other hand increases the resistance when the temperature is high.

It’s of two types actually: NTC and PTC: negative/positive temperature coefficient.

The seatbelt actually works on a ball bearing. There is a ball bearing in a small plastic cup which helps the belt move in and out. If you drive your dusty, then may be the bearing is locked/clogged because of the dirt inside. To fix that, you may have to remove the seatbelt and clean the ball bearing properly.

In addition, don’t ignore even if the vacuum leak is too small to be seen from naked eyes. Any small leak can lead to the bizarre and you will pay a heavy amount for the damage and replacement.

I mean if the transmission was working fine before and was not being repaired. Buying used parts like transmissions sometimes gives you a big shot on your face as they have breakdown any minute without any warning.

The horn completely stopped or the horn volume is really low? If the volume is low, then you have to open the hood and check for the horn connector near the radiator and fix the connection problem. If the horn is not working completely, it means the fuse is gone. You need to fix the fuse.
