    It's an amazing place for your type of people who appreciate the older beauties. It has awesome collection of antique cars that rainbow sheikh bought them at bulk from coloring 7 merc for 7 days a week, and making the biggest dodge truck with human size tire size and so on. Don't want to reveal all wow factor if you want to visit as it's def a worth a visit for once in a lifetime. I have been there few years back I think in 2012/13 when they were about to set all cars ready for public display and start charging the entrance fees as per the new setup. I spent about an hour but in rush-rush way and I suggest keep at least 2-3 hours in hand to enjoy thoroughly and appreciate it. Below is a teaser for you to have a lunch in a enormous size defender working as a restaurant (more kind of cafeteria).

    It's good that majority of concept designs doesn't see the light of assembly line or else we all will puke on the roads from day and night, if ever we see this brutally SLAUGHTERED Rolls Royce "The Prestigious Car" design like this. Admin: we need emoticon of puke here in post editor please.

    I like the maxi idea to be honest as company can have two option named very conveniently based as per the sizes: Mini and Maxi, how cool will it sound. Although it sounds bit funny, but they are unique as no other car brand has same naming convention.

    Police paper is must for insurance claim and yes you need to go back with saaed report and get police paper from abu dhabi police. You can call 800 (SAAED) 72233 if they can send you electronic generated police report for insurance purposes.

    There is a fine on excessive honking and if cops spot them I think they will be fined for 200 AED.

    Well, I think this math is good for people driving less than 20 km to work within Dubai, but not for people driving more than that and that too from Sharjah to Dubai daily as it will add 20 x 2 = 40 AED daily by taxi fare + the usual fare.

    Not sure about Geely, but out of Lancer and Ciaz, Lancer is much better any day as in Ciaz with 1.4 Liter AC in extreme hot months might be get week when driving with full load. Secondly Mitsubishi hold better value than Suzuki here in UAE. What are the specs and price of geely you are getting?

    There are 100's of jeep clubs on facebook that love to exist with their alter ego of 10 group in one club and call themselves club manager. For sake of satisfying their ego they can never be united and form bigger pool of jeep owner and help each other.

    I have got the car polishing done 2 years back and started seeing the formation of mild white patches in my grey color car. Although it's not very obvious at the moment, but anyone can spot once too close to the vehicle. My doubt is, will it get worst with time.....? Is it because of car poloshing....? Is because of bad car polishing workmanship or products....?

    Borla is the best in deeper sound note and not just frrr frr. I used once and I still remember the heart-thumping notes I used to hear while flooring.

    This is awesome man, really nice looking car. Good these guys chose European designer and not an Asian taste of boring cars. Wish it could have more powerful engine than 1.4 liter only, which can cross to 700+ hp range to suit this beautiful beast. Loved the two tone blue-black combo, good work guys.

    Nice said @knightjp but Germans are all about perfection to the grave and thorough testing base their specs and features, unlike American cars who give all what you want, but only half of the stuff do what they supposed to do or. For example: over engineered engine is matted to fucked up transmission and traction control.

    Compressor dying in three years times, is not quite usual unless you have clocked very high mileage above 150,000 kms as it ties to kms driven or age. Check with spare part dealers in Sharjah on BM road next to Alico and Sedana and they do offer non-genuine parts and sell them with the guarantee, as they are very close to OEM standard but with half the price.

    Of course private deal rocks only genuinely private deals. Sadly duz has become dealer's backyard: who call you 20 times a day for asking "last cash price" and offer 50% of the advertised price.

    This GTR is even more sexier than any other German Sports Car. Thanks for picking the good pics. About the design life, I am really not surprise as there are companies who have been dragging the same design for 10-15 years with minor facelifts: Land Crusier 100, Nissan Patrol, Mustang, Mercedes SLK, BMW Z3 etc and so many More importantly after seeing the price difference I am curious to know the 0-100 difference from 100K -150k GT-R. I guess regular was 3 ish seconds....?????

    HI Taqir, usually a German car brand claims the gear oil is for lifetime and what they mean is the lifetime of the gearbox which is close to 150k kms. In that case if you change gear oil after every 50k-60k kms you can happily use same gearbox close to 300k kms. This is what I realize and researched when I had ML350 in the past and had some gear oil leak. For japanese, I would say same or slightly lower that you change gear oil at every 40k-50k km. Again this is just an educated guess. Are you sure you googled enough to find this actual number......?

    Looks like this de-regulation of fuel prices been quite jinx for UAE, as if it's not de-regulated by now they must be making more money in last few months to recover the past losses.

    I guess everyone has set some plan for the coming long holidays in next week 3+2 = 5 days good long holidays. Im sitting at my office and getting bored to search more ideas and destination in Dubai and neighboring emirates, even RAK hotels are fully booked and overpriced during those days. Tell me what you guys are planning so that I can get some inspirational idea to get out and enjoy those 5 days in this nicest weather.

    US Specs are built cheaper as they don't use expensive parts for meeting Gulf heat and that's why it's always having 20-30% lower resale value. You get what you pay for......!
